  • The original packaging is intact with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and parts (where applicable), and that they are sent along as a unified kit similar to what arrived first.

How to make a refund request?

To make a refund request, visit the Refunds & Replacements page available in the footer section of our website. You need to fill and submit a Refund Request Form to us. It will be then reviewed by our Customer Support. You can also send us your queries regarding return and refund via email to order@conors.com.au.

Once your request has been internally approved, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to package the product for return and where to ship it. The item(s) sent back to us without filling the Refund Request form will be rejected right on.

Please note, we accept returns up to 30 days from the day of purchase. Any claims filed for return and refund after the initial 30 days will be rejected and only noticed under the repair or replacement warranty if the product is defective. We generally refund the full cost of the order, but as mentioned earlier, it will be minus the shipping charges paid by the customer for returning the product. 

In the event that your product(s) arrive damaged in any way or there are item(s) missing in them, please fill the Refund Request Form as early as possible available on our website. Or, you can also inform us via email order@conors.com.au with the Order Number and 1-2 photos of the damaged parts as evidence to further substantiate your claim. It is a very rare occurrence for any of our customers to receive damaged item(s).However, if you still do—just let us know and we will work towards finding the best possible solutions for you. It may take some time to review your claim for return and refund, as we usually address such customer implications on a case-to-case basis.

What circumstances disqualify your product(s) from return & refund?

  • Any defect or damage that has occurred in the item(s) of the Kit within 30 days as a result of repair, alteration or modification carried out without the written permission of the Company.
  • The use of parts in repairing the item(s) of the Kit that are not manufactured, sold or approved by the company.
  • The item(s) are damaged as a direct consequence of incorrect installation or disassembly by yourself.– Any damage to the item(s) caused directly or indirectly by utility supply problems, lack of user care, weather damage, accident, abuse, incorrect use, uncertified installation, unauthorised repairs or use with non-standard (plumbing) components such as valves, fittings or fixtures.
  • Required maintenance did not take place or the item(s) were used at a commercial outlet in which case the return and refund will be turned null for any claim raised.

The Our Products with Installation Kit is warranted by the company to be free from defects in materials and structural artistry for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This covers all parts and labour for 12 months.

Conor offers goods with guarantees attached that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a customer, you are entitled to a return and refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You can also return the goods and secure a refund even if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t not amount to a major failure.

  5. Image Attachments of the Concerned Item(s) or parts

How does the refund claim process work?

Once we receive your Refund Request form or email, our Customer Support team gets in touch with you. They instruct you on the next steps that are to be carried on your end to complete the return and refund process.

As we receive the product(s) on our service facility site, they are evaluated by in-house technicians who carefully look into the condition of the product(s) and their parts based on return and refund guidelines. It may take 1-5 business days for the evaluation process to complete. Accordingly a concluding statement is passed by them that decides on the approval status of your product(s).

If you intend to return a product within 30 days of purchase, you can either choose to call us first to discuss the issue at hand. Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
