The Our products with Installation Kit is warranted by the company to be free from defects in materials and structural artistry for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This covers all parts and labour for 12 months.
Conor offers goods with guarantees attached that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a customer, you are entitled to repair or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You can also claim for repair or replacement even if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t not amount to a major failure.
[Note: No “change of mind” money-back guarantees will be entertained after 30 days from the date of purchase. Only if your product has a defect, we will take it up under the 1-year warranty plan.]
Our Products should be installed by plumbing experts or licensed professionals who have sufficient knowledge of backflow prevention of water.
Please note that repair or replacement provided under this warranty is ONLY APPLIED & EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is NOT TRANSFERABLE. In addition, we shall not be responsible for loss of the product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labour or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above.

To make a repair or replacement request, visit the Refunds & Replacements page available in the footer section of our website. You need to fill and submit a Replacement Request Form to us. It will then be reviewed by our Customer Consultant team. The company accepts to bear any expenses incurred, excluding the cost of transport of the product for repair or replacement service.
Once your request has been internally approved by the Customer Consultant team, we will send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how to package the product for repair or replacement and where to ship it.
[Note: The product or its item(s) sent back to us before filling the Replacement Request form will be rejected immediately.]
If required maintenance did not take place for the product(s), the repair or replacement that you enjoy under the 1-year Standard Warranty will stand nullified.
Once we receive the product(s) on our service facility site, our in-house plumbing technicians borrow necessary information about your order complaint from the Customer Care Consultant team. They begin to evaluate the condition of the product(s) and proceed with repair work on the same day, as dictated by regulatory protocols. It usually takes 1-2 business days. But if they find that repairing doesn’t give desired results, they pass a final statement to replace your product(s) entirely. That means, we send you a new factory-sealed version of the product(s) void of any shipping cost.

One of our Customer Support will get in touch with you and try to troubleshoot on the phone. In case that fails or is inadequate, we will then provide you instructions accordingly to start the repair or replacement process—starting with removal of the product and postage procedure so that you can ship it to our address. Before you send it for repair or replacement, we suggest cleaning the product(s) and their parts with water or other neutral agent. And don’t forget to add a letter to the package, stating the defective item(s) or parts that have been causing you trouble. We address such claims on a case-by-case basis but we will put our best effort to find quick and satisfactory solutions for you.

The benefits enjoyed by the Purchaser under the warranty against defects are in addition to any other rights or remedies of the Purchaser under a law in relation to the product(s) to which the warranty relates. However, all other warranties and conditions, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties relating to the state, quality, performance or condition of the products are excluded and expect to the extent set out in this document and to the maximum amount permitted by law—Conor disclaims itself and is released from any and all liability to any person in relation to any loss or damage consequential or otherwise suffered or incurred by that person, including without limitation to any loss or damage, caused by or resulting directly or indirectly from any failure, effect or deficiency of any kind in relation to the products.
Should Conor be unable to replace a product or item that has been discontinued, the customer will be offered a comparable item of value as shown on the original purchase receipt or invoice. Conor, however, has the right to disclaim any limited warranty on discontinued products.
