Eligibility: This refund policy applies only to bidets purchased directly from Conor Pty Ltd through our website.

Refund Period: The 30-day refund period begins on the date you receive your bidet.
Condition of Returned Bidet: The bidet must be returned in good condition, reasonably clean (we appreciate your consideration!), and in its original packaging, if possible.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the bidet arrives safely.   

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned bidet, your refund will be processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

Damage: This refund policy does not apply to any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after you receive the bidet.

Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, returning a bidet that is not the original bidet purchased, or attempting to claim a refund for a bidet that has been intentionally damaged.
