Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Conor Australia Pty Ltd. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. This policy sets out our 30-day change-of-mind return option and distinguishes it from our product warranty for defects.

1. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Refund
If you purchase directly from Conor Australia via our website and you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt (the “Refund Period”) for a full product price refund, subject to the following conditions:
– The bidet unit must be unused, in original packaging, and in good resale condition.
– You bear the cost of return shipping (we strongly recommend a trackable method).
– Once we receive and inspect the unit, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
– We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund if the unit shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging.

2. What change-of-mind refund does not cover
This option does not apply if the bidet has been installed or used, if the issue relates to installation or plumbing, or if it has been damaged through misuse, neglect or any of the exclusions listed below.

3. Warranty for Defects – Separate Policy
If you believe the product is faulty (manufacturing defect, workmanship), please see our separate Warranty Policy page. Please do not uninstall or discard the product before contacting us.
This return policy should not be used for defect claims.

We may change this policy at any time without notice. Please review the policy periodically.
