1. Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)
If you buy directly from our website and the product isn’t right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.
We understand that many customers need to install a bidet seat to confirm fit and compatibility. That’s completely normal. You can still be eligible for a change of mind return if the item was installed only for checking fit and basic operation, and it has not been used for hygiene purposes.
To keep things fair for everyone, change of mind returns are approved when the item is returned clean, complete, undamaged, and in resale condition, with the original packaging and all parts included.
Return shipping for change of mind returns is paid by the customer.
Once the return is received and inspected, we process approved refunds to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
2. What Change of Mind Does Not Cover
Because this is a personal hygiene product, we can’t accept change of mind returns if the seat has been used for hygiene purposes, or if it comes back with signs of contamination, heavy wear, missing parts, damage, or packaging that prevents resale.
If the issue is caused by installation, plumbing setup, water pressure, or compatibility with your toilet, please contact us first. In many cases we can help you solve it quickly without needing a return.
3. Faulty Products and Warranty Support
If you believe the product has a manufacturing fault, you’re covered under our separate Warranty Policy. Please contact us before uninstalling or sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the fastest solution, which may be troubleshooting, replacement parts, exchange, or a warranty return where needed.
4. Before You Buy – Choosing the Right Fit
If you’re unsure which model suits your toilet, message us a clear photo of your toilet from the side and top, plus the measurement from the centre of the bolt holes to the front edge of the bowl. We’ll recommend the best option before you order so you can buy with confidence.
